The basics
These terms cover orders placed on theperfumefactory.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
Products and prices
Our fragrances are our own designer-inspired scents — they are not the trademarked brands that may have inspired them. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are as displayed on the site at the time you order. Multi-buy bundle offers are applied automatically at checkout. We occasionally need to correct a pricing error — if that affects your order we’ll contact you before dispatch.
Delivery
Standard UK delivery is from £2.95, based on the size of your order. Most orders are posted within one working day and arrive in 2–4 working days, tracked. We currently deliver within the UK only.
Returns and refunds
You can return unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll talk you through it. If anything arrives faulty or wrong, tell us within 48 hours and we’ll put it right — no quibble.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout via our payment processor, Stripe. Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email.
